Discovery & Design
At your initial intake meeting we will engage you in a detailed consultation to understand your project's vision and requirements, collaboratively design the plan, and provide a transparent proposal to set the groundwork.
Full Design Service & Plan Review
Your first phase encompasses a robust design process including three exclusive designs, two revisions of your favorite concept and a guided selections process to ensure this project is precisely what you've been envisioning.
Construction & Follow-Up
The final phase is when construction kicks-off. Whether we remodel or build from scratch, we'll maintain transparent communication through regular updates on our app or in person. We'll ensure top-notch quality with a robust assurance process. The final phase involves a comprehensive walkthrough of the completed project.

Meet Denny
Red Fox Remodeling is owned and operated by Denny Meints, a native Minnesotan, from Saint Paul, Minnesota. After graduating from Bethel University in 2011, Denny spent five years serving communities in Central America and the Caribbean where he built schools, houses, and churches with local tradesmen and imported engineers and carpenters from the United States.
From 2015 through 2022 Denny worked as a handyman, estimator, project manager and was the general manager of a mid-sized construction company in Minnesota before starting Red Fox Remodeling in the summer of 2022.
Denny's current team at Red Fox Remodeling consists of a talented group of project managers, tradesmen, engineers and designers working directly with homeowners as well as with real estate investors throughout the Twin Cities.

Our focus is 100% on residential remodeling and ADU construction in the Twin Cities. This includes, additions, kitchens, bathrooms, basement finishing, accessory dwelling units, and much more!
Every project gets a unique project concept from our design team and a corresponding ‘good faith estimate’ for homeowners to review before committing to a project.
If everything is aligned with homeowner expectations, then we’d move into the design phase where you work to develop a final design which includes a final construction bid (typically within 10-15% of your good faith estimate).

As a premier Design-Build company our design work is done in-house!
Our Design team will lead you through a comprehensive, HGTV style, design process beginning with three full design concepts and two rounds of revisions on your favorite design.
We offer a one year warranty on all workmanship, a two year warranty on any mechanical or electrical systems improved, and a ten year warranty on structural improvements.
Yes. All construction bid contracts are line itemized and guarantee the price for the scope of work agreed upon.
We collect our design fee immediately upon agreement which guarantees you a full design packet ready for construction.
The construction phase is split into 5 progress payments to balance the contractors' need for funds to execute the project and the homeowners need to see on-site progress before continuing to release funds.
We are local experts in all residential remodeling, but we particularly love ADUs or accessory dwelling units which come with all the excitement of a custom home build, but at a smaller scale.
Project timelines can vary depending on scope of the project. Obviously a small hallway bathroom will be less involved than a two story home addition.
We provide a rough estimate of project duration before contracts are signed and a detailed project timeline at the conclusion of the design phase.

Red Fox Remodeling is full-service and handles all permitting and regulating requirements.
Great communication with our homeowners is a top priority for us. We create a communication plan which will utilize a variety of methods including, schedules meetings, texting, emails and our online customer project portal via HOUZZ PRO.
Unexpected changes or issues is the norm for large remodeling projects. When issues arise, we’ll communicate clearly about the issue and our plan for resolving it. If necessary, we’ll continue to workshop solutions until a satisfactory solution is found.
